HOW CAN I SKIP A WEEK ?
If you're going on vacation, out of town for a few days or simply have enough produce at home. You can skip a week free of charge. To do so you will need to log into your profile and active the skip a week option. Please ensure to activate this feature 72h before your next delivery.
HOW FRESH IS THE PRODUCE IN THE BASKET ?
We craft our baskets based on quality and freshness. We ensure that by only buying products of excellent quality from a selected network of local growers, partners and suppliers.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A SERVI FRUIT BASKET EVERY WEEK ?
You can expect a wide selection of fruit and vegetables inspired by seasonal crops, nutritional health value and taste.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE BASKET ?
You can reuse it or recycle it.
WILL MY FOOD STAY FRESH DURING TRANSIT ?
Yes, our basket is delivered in a refrigerated truck. Our transport partners are reliable and certified trained professionals.
DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTO RENEW ?
Yes, we will send you weekly deliveries, but there is no minimum commitment. You can skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly cutoff.
